The Amazing Race
This project was designed to help us learn how we would get around in a spanish speaking country. We learned skills like asking and giving directions, as well as learned vocab to help us understand things in an airport, hotel and while touristing. We then had several physical challenges (like "The Amazing Race") where we had to apply our knowledge of waht we had leared to either ask and answer question or give and take directions. This allowed us to retain the material better since it was being applied in a that we were competing against each other. My group came in 3rd place in our class.
