For this assignment, I had to choose a book to read that dealt with some form of prejudice. I chose Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451, a book I've always wanted to read. After I read the book I had to write an essay on it and I also had the option of completing several different assignments on it in order to show my knowledge of the book. I chose to write a book review and a slam poem. I really enjoyed writing this slam poem, entitled Kerosene Soaked World, and feel that it's one of my best poems.
